I am a self taught chef, passionate about balancing flavours and plating up eye catching, vibrant dishes.  I design my dishes to look as good as they taste.

With ten years experience running events at Peardrop, I am no stranger to a hot and sweaty field kitchen. This, combined with my knowledge and experience of European cooking, has meant that I’ve been able to make meaningful differences to the lodges in which I’ve worked.

Over the last few years in Kenya, I’ve met some really talented chefs. Thanks to their curiosity and eagerness to learn, as well Kenya's incredible produce, there is so much opportunity to create delicious, memorable food.
